Fished in the afternoon on 12/10 and 12/17. 12/10 was a beautiful warm day, very little wind and only one fish landed. It was a nice rainbow caught on an egg ala muck. I probably spent too much time experimenting, and not enough time fishing.

12/17 while colder was a much better day. I landed only 3 fish, but I had a lot of action. Almost everything was caught on a sz 22 brown Yong Special, probably any brown thread midge would do the trick. I did see one person catching fish on dries, but he was fishing a size 32 on 8x. That's a bit tough on my eyes. I did catch one other fish on a BWO emerger (Barr style) right next to the Wigwam fence.

Conditions: mostly calm, with the ocassional breeze. Temps mid-50's on the 10th and probably 50 on the 17th. Flows were at 75 cfs on the 10th and only 35 on the 17th. Gin clear water.

I saw a few fish still on redds on the 10th. On the 17th they finally all seemed to be done. I'm a little worried that with the drop to 35 cfs some eggs may have ended up on the dry side.
