A great BWO kind of day. Overcast, a little drizzle .... I did not expect it to even sprinkle today, but it did. In any case the BWO hatch came off very strong in the afternoon. They were actually pretty decent size (18-20). Even with the wind kicking up the fish were coming up pretty strong for the hatch. In any case bring your favorite BWO patterns (Olive Quill for me) and have some fun.

On a side note the river was very crowded on Friday, but got better in the afternoon. Don't now if that is the exception or the rule.

The water flow was about 75 CFS and is a bit murky. The weather was mostly overcast, with pretty strong winds upon occassion. Other times dead calm.

I did not see any fish on redds, but they should be very soon. All the fish caught were very fat.
