Conditions: What a beautiful day, upper 70's and not a cloud in the sky. The water was crystal clear and very low. Flows were probably less than 50 cfs.

River Section: We fished the upper restricted area below the hatchery.

Best Flies:F/B Hares Ear size 20, Black RS2's size 20, and Hair Balls sz 14.

A midge hatch came off late in the day. At that time there were a lot of hoppers around, but we had no luck with them. They're probably all dead with this latest storm. The fall colors were great that day and so was the fishing.
