Air Temp: 55-75 degrees
Water Temp: Low 30's
Flow: ~20 cfs
Area fished: Hatchery section
Clarity: Gin clear

It was a mostly sunny day. We started fishing at about 10:00am. Not a lot of people on the river, but then the fishing was pretty slow. Only 4 fish landed. 3 of the fish took either a cream caddis larva pattern or a dark olive inverted net spinner.

The last fish of the day took a puffy black RS2 fished as a dry. When I fish these as a dry I put floatant on the body but not on the CDC wing. You do this by pinching the CDC at the body between your thumb and fore finger. And then using your other thumb nail spread a little bit of floatant on the body.

No BWO's but there were some pretty big caddis flying around, a few midges, and some microcaddis.
